I never know what to expect on these international trips, but I get there and everything is planned out so I enjoy it all. The highlight for me was hands down the paella class. We made friends that we've kept in touch with and even visited in Scotland. The flamenco performance at the Palau de la Música Catalana was stunning and being immersed in the gothic streets was unforgettable. We had amazing hotels that were close to everything but also surprisingly quiet. Having a room with a veranda in Sitges was the best. It was the perfect way to relax after a night out during bear week.
