Meet the owner
I’m Alex and Thrive started with a desire to help friends and family travel better. I’d grown up traveling. By the time I’d graduated college I’d been to most US states and almost three dozen countries. Travel helped shape who I was, and I wanted to share that with others. What started as me helping people I knew plan exciting trips to new destinations grew from a passion to a full-time career in 2025.
While the agency may be new, I’ve been helping dozens of people plan trips for almost ten years. Those trips have ranged from service trips in the US and Bolivia; adventure trips skiing, snowboarding, and trekking to destinations like Machu Picchu; and family trips through Europe and Japan. All that is to say-if you can dream it, I can plan it.
From the peaks of the Rockies to the coastlines of Spain, our itineraries are designed for travelers who crave something more: real connection, meaningful discovery, and the thrill of seeing the world through a new lens.
